They confirm the entire qualifying criteria. Call is then transferred to our in-house verification department, where the verifier screens the prospect for criteria, intent and time availability of the prospect to speak with one of your officer. Once the prospect qualifies for the above parameters, the entire information of this prospect is immediately uploaded on our web-portal. Verifier dials the transfer number of the advisor and provides him the name and track ID of the prospect. Your advisor can immediately pull up the details of the prospect from our web-portal through their login account and start speaking with the prospect.
This way the 3-way call conferencing is completed. We record all the conversations for training and quality assurance.
